The newly developed facility features a spacious 1,260-square-metre warehouse with two distinct tenancies, each offering an individual warehouse and office space. A full-height internal wall within the building ensures complete privacy and separation between these commercial areas, maximising functionality and security.
The multi-tenancy warehouse and office design allows Aero NZ to operate efficiently from one tenancy while leasing the other. The facility also features a spacious hardstand area and six-meter-wide entrances, facilitating smooth traffic movement and providing convenient access for commercial tenants.
