Our Process
Following design and engineering, Corcon will collaborate with you to manage every aspect of the construction process—consents, site works, steel manufacturing and erection, council compliance, health and safety, subcontractors—through to full construction.
Our experienced team of building experts will listen to your ideas and identify your needs, including complexities, budget, and project timeline. We will then deliver a detailed project brief advising the next steps.
We collaborate with you to custom design a commercial steel building tailored to your requirements. During this phase, our construction specialists produce conceptual plans and walk you through detailed feasibility studies to reduce risk and delays.
Once the final plans are approved and consented, fabricators will custom-manufacture the steel kit, cladding, and fixtures ready for delivery to your site.
