Kenneally Timber is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated timber supplier. For over 100 years, the company has produced and supplied quality timber products for the Christchurch market.
After outgrowing their existing premises, Kenneally Timber's owner-operator approached Corcon to design and build a custom warehouse building, showroom and office with an external work area large enough to meet the business's growing requirements. The project represented a significant step forward for this local Kiwi company.
Full-turnkey packages are efficient because one head contractor provides the engineering, manufacturing and construction teams. By managing the entire building journey, Corcon delivered this warehouse building and distribution centre in a shorter timeframe and maintained a cost-effective price for the client.
